Commission urges National Parole Board to suspend release of offender
The Edmonton Police Commission has sent a letter to the Chair of the National Parole Board of Canada urging him to suspend the statuatory release of Albert Foulston, a career criminal convicted in 1992 for the manslaughter of Constable Ezio Faraone.
