Samir Ghadieh

On a cold February night in 2016, Mr. Samir Ghadieh was driving when he observed two people yelling at a man who was sexually assaulting a female in a park across the street. He, too, yelled at the man and drove towards him as he started to leave the area. Despite being sworn at and threatened by the suspect, Mr. Ghadieh continued to follow him and take pictures. The pictures and description he provided to police resulted in a positive identification of the suspect, and the re-arrest of a prolific sex offender who was on probation.
